Are your buildings custom-made?
Yes. Every Ascension steel building is built to your exact specifications — size, roof style, wall height, door/gate placement, colors, and added features like insulation, windows, or electrical rough-ins.
How much does a steel building cost?
Pricing depends on the size, roof style (regular or vertical), gauge of steel, height, and any custom options. We provide free, no-obligation quotes tailored to your location and requirements. Contact us for a personalized quote.
What is your deposit and payment process?
A deposit is required to begin manufacturing. We offer flexible payment options, including deposit + progress payments. Full details are provided in your contract.
What is your Return & Refund Policy?
Customers may request a full refund of their deposit within 72 hours of payment. Orders can be cancelled within 10 days of the initial payment (if installation has not been scheduled). After 10 days, cancellations are reviewed case-by-case. Once manufacturing begins, no returns are accepted on delivered or installed buildings. See our full Return & Refund Policy for details.
Do you deliver and install the building?
Yes — we offer full turnkey service including delivery and professional installation in most areas. We can also provide building kits for customer or local contractor installation.
What foundation do I need?
Most steel buildings require a properly leveled concrete slab or pier foundation. We can provide recommendations and, in many cases, coordinate concrete work through trusted partners. Local building codes will determine exact requirements.
How long does it take to get my building?
Lead times vary based on current manufacturing schedules and customization level. Typical production + delivery is 4–10 weeks after order approval and deposit. We will give you a more accurate timeline with your quote.
Do your buildings meet local building codes and wind/snow loads?
All Ascension buildings are engineered to meet or exceed local wind, snow, and seismic load requirements. We provide stamped engineering drawings where required for permitting.
What colors and roof styles are available?
We offer a wide selection of standard and premium colors for walls and trim. Roof styles include regular roof and vertical roof options. Vertical roofs are popular for better water and snow shedding.
Do you offer warranties?
Yes. We provide a manufacturer’s limited warranty on the structure and components. Specific warranty details are included with your contract and delivered building.
Can I finance my steel building?
We work with several financing partners and can help you explore options with competitive rates. Financing is subject to credit approval.
