You start with our free consultation (in-person or virtual). We discuss your needs, budget, and timeline. We use IdeaRoom’s 3D design tool to customize your shell size, doors, windows, colors, and layout.

Shell & Concrete Quote

You receive coordinated proposals showing the building, concrete and finish-out scopes so you can understand the complete project investment.

We help identify applicable permitting requirements and coordinate plans, applications, engineering reviews and inspections based on the project location and scope.

Site Preparation & Foundation

The site is cleared, graded, and the concrete foundation (slab) is poured by qualified crews — coordinated through MetalAmerica and our team.

Metal Shell Erection

MetalAmerica (or their authorized erector) delivers and erects the weather-tight steel shell, including framing, roof, walls, trim, and basic openings.

Expert Finish-Out by Ascension

This is where we shine. Our crews complete the interior and exterior:

  • Rough-ins (electrical, plumbing, HVAC)
  • Insulation
  • Interior framing and drywall
  • Flooring, painting, and trim
