Return Policy
Ascension Buildings – Return & Refund Policy
Effective Date: March 2026
Ascension Buildings is committed to customer satisfaction while maintaining fair and transparent business practices. Because our steel buildings are custom-manufactured to each customer’s specifications, we have strict policies regarding refunds, cancellations, and returns.
Deposit Refund Window
Customers may request a full refund of their deposit within 72 hours of making the initial payment. After 72 hours, deposits are generally non-refundable.
Order Cancellation Window
- Customers may cancel their order (including installation and/or concrete services) within 10 days of the initial payment without being liable for the remaining balance of the project.
- This 10-day cancellation window applies only if the customer is not yet scheduled for installation and has not paid additional deposits to our manufacturing or contracting partners.
Cancellations After 10 Days
Cancellation requests made more than 10 days after the initial payment will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approval depends on factors such as:
- Current manufacturing status of the building
- Proximity to the scheduled installation date
- Policies of our manufacturing partners
We will work with the manufacturer and the customer to minimize any cancellation fees where possible. If cancellation is not feasible, the customer remains responsible for the full contract amount.
Returns of Buildings or Materials
Due to the custom-made nature of our steel buildings, no returns are accepted on delivered or installed buildings, materials, or components. All sales are considered final once manufacturing has begun.
Refund Process
- To request a refund or cancellation, contact Ascension Buildings customer service as soon as possible (ideally within the 72-hour window).
- All approved refund requests will be processed and mailed via check on the 1st and 16th of each month.
- Refunds are typically issued within 30 business days of approval.
Warranty & Defects
This policy covers deposits and order cancellations only. For issues related to manufacturing defects, missing parts, or damage during delivery, please refer to our separate Limited Warranty (provided with your contract). Defective parts may be eligible for repair or replacement under the warranty terms.
Changes to This Policy
Ascension Steel Buildings reserves the right to modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time. The policy in effect at the time of your order will apply.
